dc.description.abstractIn the democratic system, education presents many changes throughout the history and therefore participation is an essential effect for the organization. Thus, it becomes important to understand the organization of the educational system in the municipality of Abaetetuba/PA and foster debates on the decision-making process on participation in this operation. The references of qualitative research in education were used by understand that this type of investigation is the most used in research in the human sciences and social and as a study strategy we will deal with a documentary research. We aim to analyze how the relations of participation of the school community occur in management decision-making in the educational system and understand how the school community contributes to the ordering of the educational system in this municipality. THE From this incursion it was possible to perceive that the educational system in Abaetetuba is still walking at a slow pace with regard to educational policy, still that there is community participation in the elaboration of public policies the implementation effective is non-existent within the democratic management of the school analyzed for the research. We consider that the study is relevant for the evaluation of the organization of the municipal education system in Baixo Tocantins and thus foster new perspectives of educational policy for the general population.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoNo sistema democrático o ensino apresenta muitas mudanças ao longo da história e por isso a participação é efeito imprescindível para a organização. Dessa forma, torna-se importante entender a organização do sistema educacional do município de Abaetetuba/PA e fomentar debates sobre o processo decisório sobre a participação nesse funcionamento. Foi utilizado as referências da pesquisa qualitativa em educação por entender que este tipo de investigação é o mais usado nas pesquisas em ciências humanas e sociais e como estratégia de estudo trataremos de uma pesquisa documental. Objetivamos analisar como ocorrem as relações de participação da comunidade escolar nas tomadas de decisões da gestão no sistema educacional e perceber de que forma a comunidade escolar contribui na ordenação do sistema educacional neste município. A partir dessa incursão foi possível perceber que o sistema educacional em Abaetetuba ainda está caminhando a passos lentos no que diz respeito a política educacional, ainda que haja participação da comunidade na elaboração de políticas públicas a implantação efetiva é inexistente dentro das gestões democráticas da escola analisada para a pesquisa. Consideramos que o estudo se mostra relevante para a avaliação da organização do sistema municipal de ensino no Baixo Tocantins e assim fomente novas perspectivas de política educacional para a população em geral.pt_BR
