dc.description.abstractThis Course Conclusion Paper aimed to discuss the contributions of living stories through oral narratives about the social historical knowledge of a traditional community for the teachinglearning process of these children. This research proposed to answer the following main question: how can storytelling, through oral narratives, contribute to the teaching process - children's learning in early childhood education? The guiding questions linked to this research problem were: how, based on oral narratives, is it possible to stimulate the child's cognitive and social development? What is the importance of working on living stories through oral narratives in early childhood education? How can the school value the living stories of the riverside community? For its implementation, a bibliographic search was initially carried out. Subsequently, the qualitative approach was chosen, and the type of research was the case study in an early childhood school, Canto do Saber, located in Vila do Piriá, municipality of Curralinho-PA. For data collection, semi-structured interviews were conducted for 02 (two) teachers, and informal conversations for 06 (six) students. The research results show that the consolidation of learning in Early Childhood Education through oral narratives happens in a significant way, as children feel capable of expressing their emotions, feelings and creativity.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso objetivou discutir as contribuições das histórias vivas por meio das narrativas orais sobre o conhecimento histórico social de uma comunidade tradicional para o processo ensino-aprendizagem dessas crianças. Esta pesquisa propôs responder ao seguinte questionamento principal: de que maneira os recontos de histórias, por meio das narrativas orais podem contribuir no processo de ensino –aprendizagem de crianças na educação infantil? As questões norteadoras atreladas a esse problema de pesquisa foram: de que maneira, a partir das narrativas orais, é possível estimular o desenvolvimento cognitivo e social da criança? Qual a importância de se trabalhar as histórias vivas por meio da narrativas orais na educação infantil? De que forma a escola pode valorizar as histórias vivas da comunidade ribeirinha? Para sua implementação, inicialmente foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica. Posteriormente, foi escolhida a abordagem qualitativa, sendo que o tipo de pesquisa foi o estudo de caso em uma escola de Educação Infantil, Canto do Saber, localizada na Vila do Piriá, município de Curralinho-PA. Para a coleta de dados foi conduzidas entrevistas semiestruturadas, para 02 (duas) docentes, e conversas informais para 06 (seis) discentes. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam que a consolidação da aprendizagem na Educação Infantil por meio das narrativas orais acontece de forma significativa, pois as crianças sentem-se capazes para expressar suas emoções, seus sentimentos e sua criatividade.pt_BR
